No policy may be issued in Georgia without uninsured motorist coverage unless a named insured rejects it in writing (O.C.G.A. § 33-7-11(a)(1), (a)(3)). The floor is the same 25/50/25.

Georgia requires liability coverage only. Coverage for injuries to you or your passengers is sold separately as optional Medical Payments coverage.
